I’m Lacie Tupper (she/they), the heart behind Graceful Transitions. Feel free to call me Lace! I am a Full Spectrum Birth Doula serving people across Humboldt County. As a doula, I provide compassionate, continuous support through every stage of the reproductive journey—whether that’s pregnancy, birth, postpartum, abortion, or loss. My goal is to ensure that you feel heard, empowered, and deeply cared for, no matter where your path leads.

My approach is grounded in warmth, intuition, and evidence-based care. Every birth is unique, and I am here to provide emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to your needs—whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth, or something in between. I believe that birth is not just about bringing a baby into the world but also about honoring the birthing person’s strength, voice, and choices.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me hiking in the redwoods, practicing yoga, or enjoying a quiet moment with a good book. I’d love to connect and learn more about how I can support you—let’s create a care plan that feels right for you.
